How can I receive a few samples?

How do I request a custom quote?

Add all the items and respective quantities to your cart. Then when you are on your cart page, select the “request custom quote” option. We will then receive your request and respond to you with a custom quote.

Shipping

What shipping options do I have?

We provide you our lowest UPS rate based on your order. We may sometimes ship with a different courier, however it will not change or impact the posted rate you select when you place the order. In some cases you may qualify for free shipping depending on if you meet the minimum order requirements. All orders that qualify for free shipping will be assessed a $15 Fuel Surcharge.

If I select UPS, how long will it take to get to me?

Depending on when you place your order, and your geographic proximity to our warehouse, it may take between 2-5 days for your items to arrive. Feel free to contact us for a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

PRINT ORDERS

 

File Specifications

What does 1/0 mean vs 1/1?

The numbers refer to the number of colours you want printed. The slash notes how may sides you want printed.

As an example, 1/0 means you want to print 1 colour on 1 side of the envelope. 1/1 means that you want to print 1 colour on both the front and the back of the envelope.

Selecting 4 colours means that we use a combination of CMYK to make the colours on your image.

What types of file formats are acceptable?

We require a print ready PDF file of the envelope you’d like printed. Be sure to use the template size of the envelope that you are requesting. If we need to adjust the template file size, the image position may vary slightly from what you submitted. The resolution of all images on the file need to be a minimum on 300 DPI. We will send you a digital proof for you to approve before we print.

Do I need to send my fonts also?

No, you should flatten your image before sending it to us (unless we are assisting with the design layout).

What if i'm not satisfied with the print?

We want you to be delighted with our printing services.  Since monitor calibration varies, your job will run to uniform ink levels. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your print, feel free to reach out to us and we can discuss your specific order.

How many colors are included in the price?

Every product has it’s own price calculator that gives an instant quote. Please view the product you are interested in purchasing and adjust the color option drop down menu for instant prices.

Can I make my envelope just 2 colours and will I save money?

Can I get a proof for my print job?

We will send you a digital proof for you to approve before we move to print. For a hard proof, please contact us and we can arrange it for you. There may be additional costs associated for hard proofs.

How do I order sizes that are not listed on the website?

When placing an order we will print the corresponding size that is selected. If you can’t find the size you are looking for, please contact us and we can provide you with a custom quote.

If you find a product that isn’t listed in our shopping cart system, please contact us and we will instruct you on how to place your order.

Pricing/Payment Options

Can I pay you after my order has printed?

Unfortunately we must receive payment before any printing has begun.

What payment options are available?

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal payments.

** We also offer credit terms for companies that meet the requirements. Please inquire for more details!

I am tax exempt, what should I do?

Please make sure you fill out a tax exempt certificate and send it to us BEFORE placing your order. From that point we will mark your profile as tax exempt and no tax will be collected from you. If you place your order first without being marked as tax exempt sales tax will be collected and remitted to the state.

Post Ordering/Status Checkup

I need to STOP THE PRESSES!

This term is a myth. Once the production process begins, there is no turning back.

How do I know when my order has shipped/how do I get my tracking number?

When your order has shipped you will receive an invoice email with your tracking number. Feel free to reach out to use for a status update on your order.

How will I know when or where to pickup my order? (Local pickup orders only)

When your order has completed production and is ready for pickup, you will receive an email or a phone call. Feel free to reach out to use for a status update on your order. Normal pickup hours are (Monday – Friday) 8:30am-5:00pm.
